Old Shanghai vs. New Shanghai

No, i haven’t forgotten my blog here.

Few days ago, i took a half day leave and went to Pudong to renew my residence permit. That also gave me a chance to take a stroll on the street of Pudong (i rarely go to Pudong, perhaps once in every few weeks).

People said walking in Pudong is like walking down on one of the streets in a more developed western country. Pudong uses more modern and better (perhaps) city planning.

I said, i still love Puxi the best. It’s the old Shanghai, it’s where Shanghai is originated, it’s where you can really feel Shanghai. The photos below are from French Concession. I live in the French Concession.
